AirMail100 Centennial Flights are a group of volunteer private airplane owners and pilots who will retrace the 15 segments of the original 1920 airmail route from Long Island, NY to San Francisco Bay over the course of four days, mirroring the original flights 100 years ago.
You will be able to follow each plane in real-time using FlightAware. You'll see their flight path, as well as altitude and ground speed. Below is display using the "Random Flights" function of FlightAware. During our four-day cross-continent relay, the display will feature our volunteers' aircraft.
